Abrutuyn (1986-1987).<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>San Francisco\/Palo Alto:<\/b> Baker &amp; McKenzie (1987-1991), focusing on international taxation.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Member of the State Bar of California since 1988 (currently no longer an active member).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Career in Belgium:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Linklaters<\/b> (1991-1996).<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Partner at <b>Dumon, Sablon &amp; Vanheeswijck<\/b>, where he worked for nearly 30 years in the areas of corporate tax, international taxation, &#8220;executive compensation,&#8221; and the taxation of M&amp;A (advice, litigation, and ruling applications).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Marnix Van Keirsbilck has expertise in corporate tax, international taxation, \u201cexecutive compensation,\u201d and the taxation of M&amp;A, including advice, litigation, and ruling applications. He joined the firm in 2024 as &#8220;of counsel&#8221; and is a member of the Brussels Bar Association, IFA (International Fiscal Association), and BATL (Belgian Association of Tax
