La nouvelle r\u00e9gularisation serait plus s\u00e9v\u00e8re notamment au niveau des amendes qui augmentent graduellement.<\/p>\n<p>Le taux de base des amendes sera augment\u00e9 de 1 % chaque ann\u00e9e. Pour les revenus non d\u00e9clar\u00e9s, le taux d\u00e9marre \u00e0 20 % en 2016 en plus de l&rsquo;imp\u00f4t \u00e9lud\u00e9. Pour le capital fiscalement prescrit, l&rsquo;amende s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8vera \u00e0 36 % du capital d\u00e8s 2016 et augmentera progressivement, contre 35 % pour la 3e d\u00e9claration
