Cet ouvrage renvoie \u00e0 des exemples pratiques et de la jurisprudence r\u00e9cente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une autre approche de la fiscalit\u00e9\u00a0: Droit fiscal international<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chaque \u00e9tat dispose de son propre droit international priv\u00e9, mais \u00e9galement son propre droit fiscal, qui contient des r\u00e8gles de droit interne et de droit international.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ouvrage \u00ab\u00a0Droit fiscal international\u00a0\u00bb traite les conventions pr\u00e9ventives de double imposition \u00e0 l\u2019aide du mod\u00e8le OCDE. Ceci est combin\u00e9 \u00e0 la conversion des diverses conventions bilat\u00e9rales et la transmission en droit fiscal Belge.
