Comme son nom l\u2019indique, cette loi organise l\u2019\u00e9change automatique d\u2019informations en mati\u00e8re fiscale entre Etats participants.<\/p>\n<p>La Belgique vient d\u2019accomplir un pas suppl\u00e9mentaire en vue d\u2019introduire de mani\u00e8re concr\u00e8te un tel \u00e9change automatique.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, un r\u00e9cent arr\u00eat\u00e9 royal contient la liste des Etats avec lesquels la Belgique \u00e9changera ses informations, et inversement. Cet arr\u00eat\u00e9 pr\u00e9cise \u00e9galement l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de laquelle un l\u2019\u00e9change d\u2019informations aura lieu.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, l\u2019\u00e9change d\u2019information aura pour la premi\u00e8re fois en 2017, en ce qui concerne l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2016 pour des Etats tels que Gibraltar, la Norv\u00e8ge, l\u2019Afrique du Sud ou encore l\u2019Argentine. Pour d\u2019autres Etats, l\u2019\u00e9change d\u2019information se d\u00e9roulera pour la premi\u00e8re fois en 2018 en ce qui concerne l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2017. Il en va ainsi notamment du Panama, du Br\u00e9sil, du Canada, de la Chine ou encore de Monaco.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9change automatique d\u2019informations fiscales entre Etats devient une r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Il est plus que temps, si n\u00e9cessaire, de prendre les devants et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, introduire une demande de r\u00e9gularisation fiscale.<\/p>\n<p>Contactez LAUWERS LAW Avocats
