Ces taxes comprennent le r\u00e8glement taxe sur l&rsquo;utilisation priv\u00e9e de la voie publique. La taxe sur les terrasses fait partie du r\u00e8glement pr\u00e9cit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le territoire de Gand est divis\u00e9 en deux cat\u00e9gories.<\/p>\n<p>Le taux journalier est de 3,10 euros\/m\u00b2 (cat\u00e9gorie 1) ou \u00e0 2,10 euros\/m\u00b2 (cat\u00e9gorie 2), avec chauffe-terrasse 5,00 euros\/m\u00b2 (cat\u00e9gorie 1) ou 2,14 euros\/m\u00b2 (cat\u00e9gorie 2). Le taux annuel est de 28.00 euros\/m\u00b2 sans chauffe-terrasse (cat\u00e9gorie 1) ou 20 euros\/m\u00b2 (cat\u00e9gorie 2) et 33 euros\/m\u00b2 par an avec chauffe-terrasse (cat\u00e9gorie 1) ou 24 euros\/m\u00b2 (cat\u00e9gorie 2). Ces taux augmentent encore chaque ann\u00e9e. \u00a0Le taux annuel de 2019 sans chauffe-terrasse sera d\u00e8s lors de 31 euros par m\u00b2 et 36 euros par m\u00b2 avec chauffe-terrasse pour cat\u00e9gorie 1.\u00a0 Dans l&rsquo;ancien r\u00e9gime, il \u00e9tait question d&rsquo;un taux de 2,80 euros\/m\u00b2 par jour et de 30,50 euros\/m\u00b2 par an.<\/p>\n<p>La comparaison du r\u00e8glement taxe actuel avec l\u2019ancien r\u00e8glement r\u00e9v\u00e8le que le taux est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 lors de l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un chauffe-terrasse.\u00a0 Il existe une forte augmentation du taux quotidien.<\/p>\n<p>Les augmentations mentionn\u00e9es ci-dessus ne sont pas justifi\u00e9es dans le r\u00e8glement.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a d\u00e8s lors de fortes chances que les taxes seront mise en question devant les tribunaux.<\/p>\n<p>Le cabinet d\u2019avocats Thierry Lauwers est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 entre autres en taxes locales.<\/p>\n<p>Nous restons \u00e0 votre disposition si vous avez des questions ou des remarques \u00e0 ce sujet.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La ville de Gand augmente depuis le premier janvier 2014 une s\u00e9rie de taxes locales.
